We offer free local delivery within a 17-mile radius of our store.
We also provide free wood flooring delivery to selected states — New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
2. How fast is delivery?
Local deliveries are available for same-day or next-day service depending on order time and product availability.
All other domestic orders will ship based on the shipping carrier’s delivery schedule.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over $150 or within our 17-mile local delivery area.
4. Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely. You can place your order online and select in-store pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you for a quick and easy pickup.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
6. What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Custom orders, special flooring cuts, or opened products are non-refundable.
