Moisture Measurement

If there’s one thing that can derail a great wood-flooring project, it’s improper moisture levels. Overlooking the moisture in both the hardwood and the subfloor can lead to costly problems later on.

That’s why, when we deliver your materials, we don’t just drop them off — we perform crucial moisture checks. We measure:

• Moisture content in the wood being delivered

• Moisture levels in your customer’s subfloor

• Relative humidity and temperature in the installation area

You’ll receive a record of all the measurements we take. If any results are outside the ideal range, we’ll contact you right away and work with you to troubleshoot the issue before it becomes a bigger problem.
