Free Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery within a 17-mile radius of our store. (Enter Your Address at check out to see if you qualify)

Same-day or next-day delivery is available for most in-stock items.

Applies to all flooring materials, tools, and supplies.

Our delivery team will contact you to confirm the best delivery time.

Orders under $150 may be subject to a small delivery fee based on distance.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $150
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $150 (before tax) within our service area.

Orders under $150 include a standard delivery charge based on size, weight and distance.

Applies to both residential and commercial addresses.
Free Wood Flooring Delivery – Selected States
We provide FREE wood flooring delivery to select states:
New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Pennsylvania (PA), and Connecticut (CT).

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on location. (SAME DAY DELIVERY ALSO AVAILABLE)

Order Processing & Handling

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most in-stock orders ship or deliver within 1–2 business days.

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 11 AM (local time).

Special-order or custom products may require additional processing time.
Domestic Shipping
For customers outside our local delivery area:

All orders are shipped via trusted domestic carriers (UPS, FedEx, or Freight services).

Delivery times vary based on carrier, location, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Freight & Oversized Orders
For large flooring or palletized shipments:

Deliveries are made via freight carrier or our in-house delivery service.

Deliveries are curbside only or First Floor only, unless otherwise arranged.

Please ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Inspect all items upon delivery.

Report any issues within 24 hours to our customer support team.
