• Moisture Vapor Protection
  The adhesive acts as a moisture vapor membrane, reducing moisture vapor transmission through concrete slabs. When installed as specified, it protects engineered wood installations from subfloor moisture damage. 

• High Tack & Strong Grab
  Features a “green grab” immediately after troweling, which helps keep flooring pieces in place during installation. This makes the installation process more secure and precise. 

• Flexible & Anti-Fracture Performance
  With elastomeric properties, it can accommodate substrate movement, expanding and contracting, and can bridge cracks up to 1/8" (≈3 mm) in concrete or subfloor. 

• Low VOC, No Water
  It is formulated without water, keeping the cured product more stable in humid conditions. Also low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs), supporting better indoor air quality.

• Antimicrobial Protection
  Includes Bostik’s BLOCKADE™ antimicrobial agents to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold, or mildew on the surface of the dried adhesive.

• Versatile Substrate Compatibility
  Can be used on a wide variety of prepared substrates: concrete, plywood, OSB, well-bonded vinyl, ceramic tile, gypsum underlayments (dry, above grade), radiant-heat flooring, terrazzo, etc. Also works with different flooring types: solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, bamboo, cork, and parquet.

• Coverage:

  • 30–35 sq. ft. per gallon for engineered wood

  • 20 sq. ft. per gallon for thicker hardwood flooring
